Self love and self care, establishing and keeping personal boundaries and understanding the original cause of your thoughts and feelings will help make this profound change.
Pray to god and ask to help you understand this all so you can heal and reinstate your powers. Praying to god is essentially talking to your own higher self.
I recommend a shamanic healing, the root chakra needs attention, as survivors we are leaking out our energies and personal power right through the bottom of our being, our connection to our power source, Mother Earth, gets broken when we experience (sexual) trauma.
