Connecting with loved ones in Spirit
Connecting with our loved ones in spirit can bring us a sense of peace and contentment about their well being, it may help us resolve something for ourselves or it may help us feel reconnected. Spirit may have some messages for you about your current life or a past issue you had been dealing with. I will gently guide you into the connection and confirm with you the identity of the spirits present through the description of appearances, behaviors, characters, cause of passing and whatever else represents itself to help identify the spirit person. During the reading, once you know who is present, I will ask them for any messages they may have for you or someone in your life or what they would like us to discuss at this point.
If you have lost someone fairly recently, I recommend to wait about a year or two before attempting a reading, mainly because of the emotional state you may be in, which can (but not always) put a block on the reading. When you come for your reading, be open and receptive to anything that will represent itself, this allows for the energies to flow more easily and connection will be deeper and more meaningful, expectations almost always will hinder the ease of flow during a reading.
If you feel emotionally withdrawn or are grieving, I recommend contacting your grieving counselor. You may also take advantage of Reiki sessions, Reiki has calming, nurturing and gentle healing effects, especially on the emotional body.
